Share Your Experience on Socials!

The best way to capture the spirit of this year’s MT Program is through your own words and experiences. Whether you post a photo, a video or a few thoughtful sentences, these prompts are here to help you inspire your network with authentic takeaways from our time together.

Prompts to Spark Your Story:
Use these only if you find them helpful—they’re here to spark ideas and guide your reflections.

  • Which framework, technique, or tool from the program will become your go-to as you manage projects?
What new idea or insight are you excited to take back to your team or clients?

  • Who inspired you most during the program?
Was it someone from the L&D team, a peer or even a conversation over lunch? Share what they said or did that stuck with you.

  • What’s one new thing you’re going to try because of this program?
Think about a tool, process or mindset shift that you’re planning to implement.

  • What was your favorite part of being together in San Diego?
Whether it was the learning sessions, touring Hunter Industries or the after-hours moments—tell us what made it special.

  • How did the program reflect our core values?
Think about moments where you saw our values in action—whether it was through leadership, teamwork, passion, or service.

Tips for sharing:

  • Use photos or videos from the event to bring your story to life.

Preparing for the Event

During our in-person MT Program event, you'll have the opportunity to learn from LandCare leaders. They'll deep dive into topics like LandCare's history, site quality and performance and principles of motivation and rewards.

As we spend time together, we hope to create connections, build relationships and enjoy each other’s fellowship.  Below, you'll find all the general information that you'll need to help you plan for our event. Familiarize yourself with the schedule and be sure to bring any supplies necessary to take notes during our time together.

Weather

San Diego’s July weather typically brings daytime temperatures in the mid-70s and cooler evenings in the mid-60s. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and coming prepared to enjoy time outdoors, especially in the evenings.

Dress Code

Training sessions and meetings during the day are business casual, which excludes leggings, jeans, shorts, running shoes and hats. You’ll be meeting with business leaders, so professional, well-groomed, and presentable attire is expected. On Wednesday, we’ll be visiting Hunter Industries—please note that closed-toe shoes are required for this visit.

Dinners and evening activities are casual. You can wear jeans that are free from holes, and comfortable shoes and shirts. We’ll be spending time on the beach Wednesday night, so be sure to dress comfortably for a relaxed evening outdoors.

Training Preparation

Come prepared to take notes with a notepad and pen, listen actively and engage in discussion by asking questions. Laptops are not needed during sessions. Before arriving, we encourage you to reflect on your goals and aspirations—this will help you get the most out of the experience and contribute meaningfully to group activities.

Getting to the Conference

Flights

Flights have been arranged and details were communicated to each attendee.

To avoid delays and ensure you don’t miss any part of the planned agenda, we highly recommend traveling with carry-on luggage only and not checking a bag.
